Background
On 19th December 2008, with the support from German Logistics Association (BVL), the BVL Regionalgroup Shanghai was successfully founded. BVL Shanghai acts as a platform for logisticians, who are interested in exchanging insights of logistics practices.

Day of Logistics: Logistics makes it possible. In Germany, in order to show the variety of logistics, there will be a second “Tag der Logistik” on 16 April 2009 for companies from industry, trade and logistics to exchange their insight concerning their business operations. Logistics Institute opens its doors and research projects. Educational institutions will present their offers for logistics.

“Day of Logistics” Shanghai
is the unique corresponding event out of Germany.  On the “Day of Logistics”, more than 50 general managers, logistics/ SCM directors from German manufacturing enterprises and logistics service and equipment companies, as well as logistics professionals will participate and exchange their insights of their logistics practice in building up logistics competence in China.
